The Jordan Institute for Families is launching a series that is free and open to all. Mission: to advance knowledge, help develop and support racially, socially, and economically just policies, practices, and programs. Clinical Lecture Series Mondays 12-2 pm, UNC-CH School of Social Work

The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Social Work will offer its 13th year of Monday workshops for area clinicians, students, faculty, and field instructors.

Family & Disability Clinical Lectures  Tuesdays 12-2 pm, UNC-CH SSW

Forums for health service professionals and family members to learn about research, practice, policy, and personal experiences about disability and family support issues.

 

Clinical Lecture Institutes  Full and multiple-day trainngs at UNC-CH SSW

Full-day and multiple-day workshops in evidence-based practices. This year includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Yoga, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing, particularly as they relate to trauma.

 

W-S Clinical Lecture Series – Wednesdays 10am-12pm, Winston-Salem, NC 
Programs for professionals and students in Triad and surrounding area offered through partnership between UNC School of Social Work’s Winston-Salem Distance Education Program and Northwest Area Health Education Center (AHEC).
